Job Description: Family in Naperville is seeking an experienced and loving Nanny for their family. Start May 2024.
Schedule: Guaranteed 40-45 hours a week, M, TH, F – 7:30am-5:30pm, W – 8:30am-6:00pm, T – Flexible
Compensation: $1,120-$1,350/weekly, + vacation, holidays, and sick days.

Job Details and Responsibilities:
- One child- Infant, 2-months-old.
- Responsibilities include all care of the child: feeding; monitoring and facilitating naps, bathing, if needed; developmentally appropriate play with the child; assisting with milestones; changing diapers.
- Light housekeeping includes tidying and organizing toys, washing/sterilizing bottles, and keeping track of the child’s needs.
- Nanny should actively engage with the child in fun, yet developmental, activities, both inside and out of doors.
- One parent works from home frequently in a separate space. Nanny must be comfortable with this arrangement.
- The family has one cat. Nanny should be comfortable around cats and not allergic.
- Nanny should have extensive verifiable nannying and infant care experience.
- Nanny is looking for a long-term commitment with a family.
- Nanny should be warm and caring. Will be able to foster a positive relationship with the child and the family.
- Nanny should be self-sufficient. Will be able to plan activities and keep track of children’s needs.
- Reliable and communicative.
- Nanny should be well-versed and knowledgeable about creating healthy sleep routines, transitioning to solid foods, and child development.
- Some driving will be needed for the role. Nanny will need to provide their own vehicle and should have a safe driving record.
- TDAP, Flu, and COVID vaccinations required.
