This role will provide critical support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), complementing their skill set to enhance overall effectiveness and productivity. You will be expected to handle a variety of duties with poise and professionalism, whether you’re offering strategic input to senior leaders or simply ordering lunch. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate and reliable, and is committed to making a meaningful contribution to the team. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with team members across the firm's daily operations, maintaining a pulse on the team’s mood and picking up on potential problems before they escalate.
  • Spend significant time alongside the CEO, attending meetings, taking notes, asking questions, and following up on action steps.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the firm to ensure smooth internal operations, especially when the CEO’s focus is external.
  • Preserve the CEO’s time and focus by serving as a point of contact while maintaining the company’s culture.
  • Prioritize and organize the flow of information, managing the CEO’s calendar, email inbox, and preparing a daily digest of key tasks, emails, meetings, and phone calls.
  • Over time, attend meetings in the CEO’s place and help make decisions on their behalf.
  • Act as the behind-the-scenes force that ensures tasks are completed.
  • Handle one-off projects and initiatives that don’t fall neatly into anyone else’s job description, ensuring the CEO remains focused on top priorities.
 Qualifications:
  • College and advanced degrees are preferable but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Intuit QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling any task, big or small.
  • Passion and Presence: Demonstrates passion for making meaningful contributions, is highly reliable, and remains present and engaged in all situations.
  • Growth-Oriented: Ambition to grow within the Executive Assistant role, with the ability to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility over time  with the eventual goal of promotion to Chief of Staff for the firm.
 Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience ($85,000-$125,000).
