Full-Time Nanny – Oak Park, IL
Start Date: Between August 18–25
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (50 hours/week)
Compensation: $1,400–$1,600/week
Benefits: PTO (Vacation, Personal and Holiday)
Children: 3-year-old and 1-year-old
Pets: One large dog (nanny must be dog-friendly and attentive to pet’s basic needs)
Oak Park family is seeking a warm, proactive, and experienced full-time nanny. This is a long-term position for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and excited to partner closely with hands-on parents (who work from home in separate office spaces) to support the growth and well-being of their two young children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, compassionate care for a 3-year-old and 1-year-old
- Stay on top of developmental milestones and adapt care as the children grow
- Engage children in age-appropriate, enriching activities both at home and in the community
- Drive children to and from activities using your own vehicle
- Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the children
- Handle children’s laundry and maintain tidiness in children’s areas and the kitchen after meals
- Gently anticipate and support the family’s large dog (let out, refresh water, offer attention as needed)
- Communicate clearly and consistently with parents; work as a strong, collaborative team
- Maintain a strong, loving presence with clear boundaries and a nurturing approach
- Warm, confident, and composed under pressure
- Highly observant, patient, and attuned to the needs of young children
- Comfortable working in a home where parents are present but engaged in remote work
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
- Safe driving record and willingness to use personal vehicle for work-related tasks
- Comfortable around and willing to support care for a large dog
- Minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience with similar age groups
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
- Up-to-date on TDAP, COVID-19, and Flu vaccinations
